• Monitor treatment with repeat DeXA

• • 1 year in high risk patients
  • 2-3 years in lower risk patients

• Remodeling markers not useful clinically

• • Urinary N-telopeptide, Bone alkaline phosphatase
  • Check at initiation of treatment and 4-6 months later
